The Asian Kennel Union Club of the Philippines, Inc. was organized by a long time and experienced dog lovers in response to the huge clamor from dog breeders wanting an alternative club to register their pure breed dogs. Mr Repalbor is a Master’s Degree Holder in Business Management and has been a Director or the Philippine Canine Club, Inc. (PCCI) for many years. He headed the PCCI’s Administrative & Corporate Planning Committee, Finance & Budget Board Committee, co-chaired the Show Committee and was a member of the Registration Committee. He also chaired the Sporting Dog Club of the Philippines, one of the most active affiliated clubs of the PCCI as well as the Labrador Retriever Owner’s Club. In 2007 he resigned as Director, Treasurer and Life Member of the PCCI in order to head this new organization. He is ably assisted by former employees of the PCCI and together, their combined experiences make them a formidable group to bring this organization to new heights.
